Booking conditions

• A booking is accepted from the party leader (as given on the booking form above) by A Williams-Walker when A Williams-Walker sends the party leader an invoice confirming the booking.
• The party leader is liable in full on behalf of all persons accompanying them in the apartment.
• Any booking made more than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday requires a deposit of £200 
• Deposits are non-refundable. The balance of payment for the holiday must be paid not less than six weeks before the start of the holiday.
• Bookings made less than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday must be paid for in full at time of booking.
• A damage deposit of £100 is payable before arrival and is refunded after departure, following inspection of the apartment to confirm that no damage has been caused during the stay.
• Cancellation charges: The party leader (as given on the booking form) is liable to the following charges in case of cancellation of the holiday by him/her:  up to 6 weeks before arrival - deposit ; 4-6 weeks before arrival - 60%,  2-4 weeks before arrival - 80%, 2 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of holiday price.
• The apartment is a no smoking area.
• As party leader I accept, on behalf of all those named on this form, these booking conditions and signed my consent.
